While Sid and his wife, Nell, were at The Palmer School of Chiropractic earning their degrees to become chiropractors, Sid had this idea that would not leave him alone. There needed to be a Chiropractic College in The South! That idea never left him and continued to grow.

Dr. Nell K. Williams Library
In November 1978 a 5,000 square foot new library facility was dedicated as the "DR. NELL K.WILLIAMS LIBRARY". This new facility contained over 26,000 volumes, including a special B.J. Palmer collection. Modern AV sources of the time were also included giving students access to film strips, slide presentations, video tape and audio cassette programs. Students also had access to an X-ray pathology library with view boxes.

- Acquired the lovely old home on the south side of Barclay Circle directly across from L.C.C.'s campus for a student center facility. The 12.26 acres included a small lake nestled in a serene wooded area. Two additional land parcels were purchased adjoining the Student Center making a total of 46 acres available for future campus expansion on the south side of Barclay Circle. These acquisitions provided L.C.C. another quarter of a mile of road frontage on Barclay Circle. In addition, nature trails adjacent to the Student Center led to a picturesque waterfall where students can find a place for quiet repose only a few minutes walking distance from their next class.
- The B.J. Palmer Beach House in Sarasota, Florida, was purchased by Life Chiropractic College to preserve the memory of The Developer of Chiropractic. It is now a fully restored museum, displaying historical articles and memorabilia donated by many chiropractors and friends of chiropractic.
- Accreditation application submitted for recognition to the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
- Doctorate of Chiropractic student enrollment exceeds 1000 students at 1, 216 students.

April 6, 1981 - Life Chiropractic College Public Clinic and Research Center in Atlanta, GA (aka the Luckie Street Clinic) opens to the public and begins full operations.

Life Student Center
Life Student Center Opens
The Life Student Center opens with a game room, 5' video TV, reading and conference rooms, chess rooms, and a sub-shop serving everything from health foods to sandwiches, soft drinks and beer. A cafeteria style restaurant is planned to be completed within the year complete with banquet facilities.

- Received permission from the Georgia State Board of Education to confer a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition for Chiropractic Sciences.
- 36 students immediately enroll in this program in January.
- One and one half acres were purchased on the north side of Annex B for first quarter student parking lot.
- The Health Education Assistance Loan program was incorporated in the Student Financial Affairs office as an additional alternative for those seeking loans.
- The esteemed architectural firm of Robert and Company presented a 10 year master plan for a $70 million campus expansion. Phase I to be completed in January, 1984.

Atlanta News Special On Back Pain
Jim Axel, a reporter for Atlanta's TV 5, a CBS affiliate, comes to Life Chiropractic College to get the chiropractic perspective on a special he is putting together on back pain.

- The Chiropractic Assistant Program is officially changed to the Chiropractic Technician Program in order to more clearly delineate the amount of education in administrative abilities and the many X-ray and clinical skills necessary to qualify a person as a graduate Chiropractic Technician.

Paul Penn, who is a 12th quarter student at the time undertakes the prodigious task of opening a dialog with the officials of every country in the world except those 31 countries that already have chiropractors or chiropractic organizations.

Run For Life
Inaugural Run For Life
Tapping into the growing popularity of long distance running in the 1980's, Life Chiropractic College held the inaugural Run For Life road race in July 1984 with the Start and Finish lines on the Life Chiropractic College campus. The Run For Life grew into a large event that contributed greatly to the local community. Recognized globally, it eventually attracted runners from all over the world and it quickly was recognized by the Atlanta Track Club as an official qualifying race for the prestigious Peachtree Road Race.

ICA Chiropractor Of The Year
At their annual convention in Kansas City, the International Chiropractors Association (ICA) conferred their most prestigious award to the Life Chiropractic College founder and president, Dr. Sid E. Willams. This award is the ICA Chiropractor Of The Year. The Distinguished Fellows of the ICA present this award each year to a doctor who has represented the profession with outstanding service and dedication to the principles of chiropractic.

Inaugural Goodwill Games 1986
In October of 1985 Dr. Sid Williams was contacted by Turner Broadcasting System to solicit his interest in leading the charge to make Chiropractic "sponsor" of the games. In the end this led to 16 chiropractors, led by Dr. Sid through Life Sports Chiropractic, to provide free chiropractic care to athletes, spectators, officials, production staff, and VIP's.

Animal Chiropractic Research Conference
Amid the rising interest in providing chiropractic care for animals, LCC hosted the first Annual Research Conference on Animal Chiropractic. 40 people from around the country gathered on Life's campus to determine the state of the art regarding the application of chiropractic techniques to animals. Acknowledged experts participated through discussions of their experiences. That this topic is of wide interest was evidenced by the range of backgrounds of attendees: chiropractors, chiropractic students, veterinarians, interested parties, and faculty members.

BJ Palmer Home
BJ Palmer Home In Sarasota Restored
In the early 1980's Life Chiropractic College purchased the BJ Palmer home in Sarasota, Florida where Dr. Palmer spent the remaining years of his life. Through the years after his death, the house fell into disrepair until it was acquired by the school. Through Dr. Sid's efforts the home was renovated and restored and turned into the B.J. Palmer Historic Home and Museum. Above is an article in the Spring 1987 Campus Life newspaper about the renovations. B.J. Palmer Home In Sarasota - Epilogue
Ownership of the B.J. Palmer Historic Home was transferred to Life Foundation in 2003 and it was maintained by the Williams family through Life Foundation. In 2020 the home was sold to private owners and was unfortunately destroyed by Hurricane Milton in 2024.

Life College Donation To Marietta Square
Glover Park is the town square in Marietta, GA. A long term renovation project was completed in the late 1980's. When completed the park hard grown to include a gazebo, stage, three tiered fountain, winding brick paths, and a plat area for children. Donations from LIFE were used to build the gazebo.

Life College continues to grow as heavy equipment moves in to clear the way for construction of the new Basic Sciences building, an expansion behind the Doctors Clinic, and making room for a new rugby and soccer field.

New Construction Continues
Multiple Major Construction Projects Under Way
Life begins an $8.5 million building and expansion program. The first project is the complete remodeling of Annex B, also known as the Technique Center. When complete the remodeling will more than double the current space in the Technique Center.
At the same time, a 30,000 sq.ft. building is being constructed that will house a gymnasium. This new gym will host Life's future basketball program among other athletic endeavors, classrooms, and offices.
A 450 foot long pedestrian sky bridge over Barclay Circle will connect the two sides of the campus. It will serve as both a practical route for students going from one side of the campus to the other and also as an architectural statement of unity, tying the campus together.

Chiropractic Prerequisite Courses Now Taught On Campus
Life begins teaching selected undergraduate courses for entrance to the Doctor of Chiropractic degree program and the Bachelor of Science in Nutrition degree program. These pre-chiropactic courses include courses in physics, inorganic and organic chemistry.

Georgia D.O.T. Acknowledges Life College
At the end of 1988, the Georgia Department of Transportation recognized that Life Chiropractic College was making an impact on the local roadways by generating larger volumes of traffic through students and visitors arriving at its campus. To assist in direction finding, multiple road signs were erected on Interstate 75, Delk Road, and South Cobb Drive.

Run For Life - Second Largest In Nation
On July 29, 1989 the 6th Annual Run For Life becomes the 2nd largest road race in the country. The nearly 4,000 participants included top ranked runners and former Olympians competed for an overall $13,000 prize purse. The race is named the "Race of the Month" for July by The Competitive Road Racer Sports Ranking Systems.

Bonds Finance Expansion
$16 Million Bond To Finance LCC Expansion
The City of Marietta bond authority agrees to sell $16 million in tax exempt development bonds to investors and then loan the proceeds to Life Chiropractic College.
The expansion will boost the schools library from 25,000 to 80,000 volumes and the athletic facility will tie in with a planned degree in sports medicine.

Before beginning the $16 million dollar construction expansion project, Dr. Sid Williams hires an archeologist to investigate the site which once contained the old Morrell House and the old Marietta Water Works, which is now Life's student center. Evander Holyfield Praises Chiropractic
Evander Holyfield, 1984 Olympic Bronze medal winner, visits the Life campus while en route to Houston, TX for intensive training in his quest for the heavy weight boxing title.
Holyfield praised chiropractic stating, "I do believe in chiropractic. I see my chiropractor 3 times a week and I know it helps my performance."

Life Around The World
LAW Program Gains Speed
LCC's international good will project, Life Around the World, is rapidly expanding into the program Dr. Sid E. Williams has long envisioned. The LAW program was established to spread the promise of chiropractic to foreign and developing lands and incorporate chiropractic as a primary health care profession.

Campus Life Grows
Campus Life Expands To Magazine Format
Campus Life, the official newspaper of Life College, grows from its previous newspaper format to a magazine format publication. This initial publication has 32 pages and is capable of communicating much more information about the many things going on at the school.
The cover features the architects model of the newly renovated Basic Science Center which includes new basic science labs, classrooms, and offices. Classes began in the building in January.

Lights Of Life
The First Lights Of Life Christmas Light Display
Drawing inspiration from his grandson, Shelton Krantz, Dr. Sid began what would become a major Christmas community event for Cobb County and the city of Marietta, GA. In December of 1989 the very first Lights Of LIFE Christmas holiday light display was assembled on the Life College campus.
From those first humble beginnings the Lights of LIFE continued to grow every year until it became one of the biggest Christmas light shows in the southeastern United States. It has been a tradition for 35 years, attracting nearly half a million visitors each season. The event features over one million LED bulbs and offers various activities, including train rides and a petting zoo.

Commemorative Brick Project
Alumni & Friends Walk Of Honor
The Alumni & Friends Walk Of Honor engraved brick program is begun. The brick purchase plan calls for the individual names of Life College supporters, their family, and friends to be engraved on separate bricks. As each brick is engraved it will be randomly placed in the courtyards between Annex A and B and the Administration Building.
Donations raised from this program will:
- Allow friends of Life College to share in a permanent monument demonstrating their support
- Enhance the beauty of the courtyards between the buildings
- Generate added revenue for the Life College endowment fund.

Life Celebrates 15th Anniversary
Life College celebrates its 15 year anniversary. In its short history the school has experienced constant favorable growth and has made a significant world-wide impact with more than 4500 alumni in 50 states and 27 countries - almost 10 percent of all practicing chiropractors.

New Athletic Director
New Athletic Director - Roger Kaiser
Life makes a strong move to further its intercollegiate sports program to the national level through the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA). Roger Kaiser is hired as Athletic Director and Head Coach of the Life College Running Eagles basketball team.
Coach Kaiser came to Life from West Georgia College where he had an impressive coaching record of 381 wins, 186 losses, and 1 National Championship. Kaiser was the men's basketball coach at Life U from 1991-2000. During his tenure, he developed the basketball program to a household name within the NAIA. He claimed three national championships in 1997, 1999 and 2000, as well as runner ups in 1994. Kaiser led the Running Eagles to the NAIA National Tournament for eight consecutive years from 1993-2000. He was named the NAIA Men's Basketball Coach of the Year in 1999 and 2000 and was inducted into the NAIA Men's Basketball Hall of Fame in 1999.

Adisi Eagle
Adisi Eagle At Student Center
The Adisi Eagle sculpture bearing the likeness od Dr. Sid Williams is mounted atop the Student Center at Life College. A tribute to the man who has turned his vision of Life College into reality.
The nine foot, 850 pound sculpture is based own the Cherokee Indian myth of the eagle dancer. The dancer in eagle regalia is transformed at the end of the Peace Dance into the spirit of the eagle, becoming a messenger of the Great Spirit.

State Approves Master's In Sports Science
Life College is granted approval from the State of Georgia for a new master's degree program in Sports Health Science. The academic program will emphasize courses in research, exercise physiology, and the prevention and care of exercise induced injuries.

Trustees Review New Undergraduate Programs
The Life College Board of Trustees received reports on the college's four new undergraduate programs. The State of Georgia granted provisional approval for Life College to offer the first two years of a general education degree and developmental studies program as well as a bachelor in in business administration degree with a major in management and a minor in athletic coaching or athletic training.

1st Basketball Player
Life College Basketball Takes Shape
Star athlete Lamar Harris of Georgia's Wheeler High School was the first to sign with Life College's newly formed basketball team. Soon after 11 more athletic scholarship athletes signed on to complete the 12 man roster. Practice started on October 3, 1991.
Complete with a new gym, cheerleaders, and mascot, the Running Eagles look forward to their very first season opener against DeVry Institute of Technology on November 9, 1991.
Only 6 seconds into the game Derrick Engram scored LIFE's very first point. The Eagles kept going from there beating DeVry 112-78 to the delight of the thunderous crowd.

Morris Brown & Life College Dual-Degree Program
Life College reaches out and partners with Morris Brown College to form a Dual Degree Program. At this time minorities represented less that 1.5 percent of doctors of chiropractic then in practice. Morris Brown College, as an HBCU established in 1881, this partnership helped open the door to more minorities to become chiropractors.

Life College Enrollment Continues To Rise
"Life's total enrollment increased 22 percent from Spring quarter 1991 to an all-time high of 2,392 students this April. Total enrollment is compiled from the School of Chiropractic, School of Undergraduate Studies, and Graduate Studies program.
Within the D.C. program, Life experienced a 15 percent increase this spring quarter with 153 new students and a total of 1,884 compared to 1,604 D.C. students this time last year."

University of Costa Rica
Life College and University of Costa Rica
Life College and the University of Costa Rica begin what turns out a to be a close and long term relationship by initiating an academic agreement between the two schools. The agreement includes plans for the exchange of faculty, students, and academic material. It also opened the door to Life College providing chiropractic services for the Costa Rica Olympic Team in the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta.

Life Athletic Facilities Garner Olympic Interest
The Cobb County Amateur Athletic Association tour the Life College new athletic facilities in consideration for Cobb County's bid to the Atlanta Olympic Committee to provide training facilities and host select events in the 1996 Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta.

NAIA March Madness At LIFE
In just its 2nd year of existence the LIFE Running Eagles Basketball Team wins its 2nd Georgia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championship and advances to the NAIA National Tournament with a No. 6 ranking in the nation in the NAIA poll.
The Running Eagles defeated Benedict, S.C. 97-62 in the opening round only to lose to David Lipscomb, TN 94-89 in the next round. While disappointing, it was a very exciting and admirable accomplishment for a team in only its second season!

Athletics Continue To Prosper at LIFE
Run For Life enters its 10th consecutive year of competition. Recognized as one of the most popular and best run races in the South, race organizers expect a field of more than 4000 runners. Among the thousands of athletes competing in the race will be Olympic caliber runners for the U.S., Mexico, and Morocco.
Coach Roger Kaiser, head coach of the LIFE Running Eagles Basketball Team is awarded the Whackhyder Georgia College Coach of the Year for the NCAA Division III/NAIA. A well earned reward after leading his team to the NAIA National Tournament in just 2 years.

The World Health Organization Comes To LIFE
It's a miracle! "Medical doctors from around the world joined chiropractors at LIFE College to discuss joint venture research into the effectiveness of chiropractic care for low back pain.
The World Health Organization, which oversees worldwide health care programs, and LIFE College, the worlds largest chiropractic college, conducted a 2 day Back Pain Symposium November 11-12."

HEAL Defaults
Dr. Sid Takes The Lead
The chiropractic industry begins to face criticism for the number, or rate, of student loan defaults associated chiropractic education, particularly those with HEAL loan debt. Dr. Sid recognized the importance of this challenge and met the issue head on, working with students, regulators, and the colleges financial departments to drastically reduce the number of defaults.

LIFE College celebrates its 20th anniversary! From 22 students in 1974 to 4000 in 1994, LIFE boasts the largest School of Chiropractic in the world. 1994 sees many great accomplishments in the LAW program, student enrollment, facilities, and sports.
Expansion
LCC Continues To Grow
LIFE Chiropractic College opens its third student outpatient clinic. The Marietta North Clinic joins the Life College Outpatient Clinic and the Luckie Stree Clinic in providing service through chiropractic care to the metropolitan Atlanta area.
In an effort to promote chiropractic on a never before seen global scale through the upcoming Atlanta Olympic Games in 1996, Dr. Sid continues his work to position LIFE as an international athletic training facility. The City of Marietta, the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce, and LIFE College work together to create an outdoor track on campus as swell as a 5 mile running trail that winds through both the college campus and city park land. Olympic hopeful athletes from Russia, Mexico, Australia, Germany, Ireland, and England are among the many athletes who end up using these resources to train for the Olympics.

Dietetics Degree
Dietetics Degree at LIFE
The American Dietetic Association's Department of Education announced its approval of LIFE College's Bachelor of Science in Nutrition for Dietetics, enabling students to become registered dietitians.
"The ADA's approval means that students are now permitted to apply for an accredited dietetic internship or preprofessional practice program and then to take the American Dietetic Association's registration exam. Successful completion of the internship and exam allow a student to become a registered dietitian."

Costa Rica Exchange
LIFE and Costa Rica Exchange Program Begins
Yolanda Camacho holds a faculty position at the University of Costa Rica, but she has put that part of her life on hold to become a doctor of chiropractic student at LIFE.
Camacho is the first person to enter LIFE College as a result of the academic exchange agreement between the two institutions established in October 1992.
Camacho, who will attend LIFE on an international scholarship, expressed her gratitude to LIFE College and Dr. Williams "It is an honor for me to have been selected for the exchange program. And it is an honor to meet you ()Dr. Williams), because I'm going to be able to expand your work down to Costa Rica and spread chiropractic science."

LAW Expands Into Egypt
Life Around the World (LAW) expands into Egypt. Dr. Sid Williams and Program Director Dr. Medhat Altar agree to send Dr. Rod Handly to Cairo to set up a chiropractic research clinic Ain Shaims University Medical School, the second largest university in the Middle East.

Life Is All Time Leader In Chiropractic Enrollment
LIFE breaks the previous known record for chiropractic enrollment, which was held by the Palmer School of Chiropractic. Fall 1994 combined enrollment totaled 3,984 students, of which 3,062 were students enrolled in the Doctor of Chiropractic program.

1800's Village
1800's Village Reconstruction
Dr. Sid Williams sent teams throughout the Southeast to acquire various historical structures with the purpose of recreating an "1800's era village" on the Life College grounds. "The village site is an expanded effort to preserve our heritage in a way that produces a living history for all residents of the community," said Dr. Williams. LIFE Enters The Digital Age
LIFE College enters the digital age by beginning the process of building the infrastructure and installation of internet access campus wide.
The college also opened a Knowledge and Training Center for Senior Citizens 55 years and older to teach computer skills and various other liberal arts classes to seniors in the community. The center also provides an outlet to socialize with peers and engage in activities of interest to adult learning.

Black History Month
LIFE Celebrates Black History Month
LIFE College continues its efforts to reach out to the African American community. As special assembly was held in observance of Black History Month with a special appearance by the "Voices of Life" gospel choir.
The school also recognized and addressed the Harvey Lillard Society, a student group organized to recruit African-American students into the chiropractic profession. LIFE College African American enrollment is now the largest of all chiropractic colleges.

The most popular television news program of the day, 60 Minutes, devoted a lengthy segment to his life and approach to chiropractic.
The Atlanta Journal and Constitution newspaper - A two part series which included a front cover article of the Sunday paper and 6 full pages of text and photos.
Inflight Magazine - Distributed to passengers on Kiwi Airlines and Air South Airlines. Published a profile story of Dr. Sid by noted journalist Vincent Coppola.
Atlanta Magazine - Dr. Sid and Dr. Nell Williams were the subject of a "Real Valentines" tribute in the February 1996 issue.

The Changing Face Of The Life College Campus
Continuous expansion and growth seem to be the norm on the LIFE College campus. New projects in the works include:
- New Wrought Iron fence with granite pillars along Barclay Circle
- New entrance to main campus with large granite bell tower
- New International Sports Center
- New wellness/fitness center in the Sports Health Science building

LIFE Athletic Teams Are Competitive At National Level
LIFE College Athletics continues to be competitive at the national level. An amazing accomplishment for such a young program.
- Running Eagles Basketball Team makes their 4th trip to the NAIA National Tournament only to loose in the second round to Belmont College
- The Eagles Hockey Team finishes as the National Runner-Up in their first year of competition in the American College Hockey Association.
- Life College Women's Volleyball Team is competitive in USA Volleyball tournaments whether they are playing beach volleyball or indoor volleyball

Life College Pre-Olympic Training Facilities
With the Opening Ceremonies of the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games taking place on July 19, athletes from around the world come to Life College for their final tune up training cycles before the start of The Games. They are drawn by the colleges extensive facilities which include a 5 mile cross country running trail complete with sand dunes, and a stadium equipped with a state-of-the-art Mondo track - identical to the record setting track in Atlanta's Olympic Stadium.

As a direct result of previous projects together, LIFE College enters a cooperative agreement with Costa Rica which includes setting up a Multidisciplinary Research Center in the capital, San Jose, in conjunction with the Medical Commission the Costa Rican Olympic Committee.

LIFE College Default Rate Below U.S. Average
As colleges battle ever increasing student loan default rates, LIFE College stands out as being lower than most institutions of higher education. After withdrawing from the very poorly executed and government run HEAL loan program in 1991, LIFE student loan default rate has steadily decreased to the current low of just 2.6 percent. In 1996 the College's financial aid efforts stand as a model in chiropractic education.

Several long term construction projects are nearing completion and bringing a beautiful new appearance to the LIFE College campus. The Barclay Arms Apartments are purchased by the school in October and a much needed facelift, along with many other improvements are under way.

W.H.O. International Study Of Back Pain
The World Health Organization names LIFE College the only worldwide coordinating center to study the use of chiropractic care for low back pain. The college will conduct joint research projects with medical centers in Moscow, Jakarta, Indonesia, and Sao Paulo, Brazil.
The college has gained worldwide recognition for chiropractic research through its Life Around The World program established in 1984 as means for introducing chiropractic to other nations through a series of research clinics.

Historic Village
19th Century Historic Village Takes Shape
The 1800's village in the LIFE College campus is up and running and is an expansion of the historic site on which the college is located.Visitors can see a log cabin, corn crib, tobacco barn, animal barn, and a real working grist mill powered by a waterwheel. Construction of the village is ongoing process with several "new" structures still being added to the site including a two story log visitor center.

LIFE College is granted university status by Georgia's Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission and becomes LIFE University. Dr. Sid stated that "Obtaining this status has been a 22-year effort and a 45 year dream. My hat is off to all LIFE's administration, faculty and staff, alumni, and friends that worked together to make this possible. Our concerted effort produced a dynamic result. As the old saying goes, Persistency alone is omnipotent!"

Run For Life
14th Annual Run For Life
The 1997 edition of the Run For Life returns to its traditional last Saturday in July starting date after a date change in 1996 was needed due to the Atlanta Olympics. Race organizers expect the race to draw a record crowd of around 4,500 participants.

Classrooms Updated
LIFE Completes State-Of-The-Art Classrooms
The $4.25 million student classroom reconstruction project is completed. This 64,000 sq. ft. of new space houses 3 large auditorium style classrooms, 3 small classrooms, plus 5 technique labs for chiropractic sciences, clinical sciences, and clinical x-ray. The building also houses a research wing for the Sport Health Science faculty and staff.

L.A.W. Research Clinic Thrives In Cairo, Egypt
The LIFE University L.A.W. program continues to successfully spread the benefits of chiropractic around the world. The 2 year old research clinic, with state-of-the-art equipment provided by LIFE University, continues to grow and thrive serving up to 75 patients per day. The clinic has even come to an agreement with the Egyptian military to provide chiropractic care to its enlisted men and their families.

National Champions
LIFE Athletes Claim 3 National Championships
LIFE University's 1st National Championship was won with the Men's Indoor Track and Field Team winning the NAIA National Championship in Lincoln, Nebraska, besting California Baptist College by 7 points.
After a 37-1 season, the Running Eagles Basketball Team makes their 5th consecutive trip to the NAIA National Championship Playoffs, finally coming home as NAIA National Champions after defeating Oklahoma Baptist 73-64.
Life University Hockey Team, after being runners up the previous year, brought home the National Championship with dominating play throughout their championship run. Their final victory was an 8-2 capstone over Penn State to bring home the National Title.

Village Welcome Center
New 1800's Village Welcome Center
The 1800's Historic Village at LIFE University gets a "new" Welcome & Visitor Center. The Elva-Webb cabin is a 150 year old home originally built in Virginia. The cabin was dismantled and shipped to LIFE, then reassembled on campus. The cabin offers restrooms, LIFE University information, and a comfortable seating area.

Donations!
LIFE University Supports Local Community Through Charitable Contributions
Community service was always a priority for Dr. Sid Williams and his wife, Dr. Nell. Through their direction and leadership, LIFE University supports the local community through many different programs and events. Some of the events include - The Run for Life 5K and 10K races, The Lights of Life Christmas Lights, The annual Easter Egg Hunt.
The University also gives of its facilities with the 1800's Historic Village, hosting BSA functions, public use of its world class sporting facilities, as well as space and monetary donations to The Georgia Ballet.
These are but a handful of the many different organizations that have benefited from LIFE Universities philanthropy.

Autism Study
LIFE University Leads Autism Study
With the growing rates of Autism being diagnosed in children, LIFE takes on the challenge to discover what, if any, effects chiropractic care has on children diagnosed with this disease. With Phase 1 complete and showing changes in observable behavior, Phase 2 begins and will investigate the time course of response in certain areas.
